Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to develop and manage production schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery. You will analyze demand, capacity, and inventory, and report KPIs while using ERP systems.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to quality and safety standards, and strong analytical skills. A degree in supply chain or related field is preferred, with relevant experience considered.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and planning activities.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard development is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Solid understanding of data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics interpretation.
• Experience utilizing SIOP processes to support production and supply chain planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules for one or multiple products.
• Determine staffing, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, available resources, and production capacity.
• Assign machines, equipment, and labor to production tasks, optimizing resource utilization to meet production goals.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks or capacity constraints, adjusting schedules as needed.
