Job summary

Plexus is seeking a Production Planner to optimize manufacturing operations in the facility. You will manage capacity, build and adjust the master production schedule, and monitor material availability to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires a degree with several years in planning, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive approach and ownership of Focus Factory activities.
• Commitment to safe work practices and confidentiality of information.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and ability to learn Plexus MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand capacity loading requirements for the factory.
• Establish and review the production schedule to meet customer commitments and Plexus needs.
• Monitor schedule performance and inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to optimize stock.
• Resolve a wide range of challenges with minimal instruction.
