Thirty Three Threads is seeking a Manager of Product Planning & Purchasing in Tijuana to lead demand planning, purchasing strategy, vendor performance, and global calendar ownership. You will drive disciplined forecasting, aligned buying cycles, and supplier readiness to impact revenue, margins, and operations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of forecasting, purchasing, vendor management, and BI reporting.
• ERP fluency (SAP S/4Hana) with ability to develop MRP forecasting.
• Excel modeling and dashboarding for planning & purchasing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Purchasing Calendar with clear forecasting and buying deadlines.
• Align calendar structure with demand and vendor capacity.
• Drive forecast accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, BI, Inventory Control, and Operations for planning processes.
• Lead KPI tracking and monthly business reviews for planning continuity.
