Our client, a fast-paced consumer goods company, is seeking a proactive and analytical Especialista en Compras y Planeación de Demanda to join their supply chain team in Tijuana, Baja California . This role is critical for ensuring that the right products are available at the right time and place, by effectively forecasting demand and managing procurement activities. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory levels, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction through effective demand planning and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather forecast information and align on expectations.
• Translate demand forecasts into procurement plans, determining optimal order quantities and timing.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services that meet quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation and warehousing of goods.
