Job summary

HONOR in Mexico City is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end procurement projects, supplier evaluation and negotiation, and ongoing supplier performance management. You will develop category strategies through market analysis to ensure competitive sourcing and high-quality delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in procurement, excellent negotiation and stakeholder skills, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field and procurement experience.
• Proven negotiation skills in complex environments and strong stakeholder coordination.
• Strong risk assessment and problem-solving abilities with practical solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Integrity, anti-corruption awareness, and internal controls knowledge.
• A proactive attitude with a long-term procurement career focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement projects in Mexico, including supplier qualification, evaluation and selection, contract negotiation and signing, PO management, and supplier performance management.
• Develop, maintain, and implement category procurement strategies through research and market analysis to ensure competitive sourcing and quality delivery.
• Establish and maintain cost and pricing benchmarks to support negotiations and improve competitiveness.
• Build and maintain a qualified supplier pool to support business growth and mitigate supply risks.
• Implement and continuously improve procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring compliance throughout the process.
