Job summary

Blend360, a premier AI services provider, seeks a Senior Data Governance Analyst to drive governance initiatives and ensure data quality across critical domains.

You will define standards, document metadata, perform profiling, and leverage AI-enabled tools to classify data, monitor compliance, and support retention policies. Advanced English and 3+ years in data governance are required, with experience in Atlan, Collibra, and AWS a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Business/Data Analysis, or related areas.
• Experience with data governance platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, Alation or similar tools.
• Experience in PII discovery and confidence scoring; data masking with AI agents; hands-on AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda).
• Advanced English (written and verbal) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support enterprise Data Governance initiatives and governance processes end to end.
• Create and maintain governance documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Perform data analysis and data profiling to identify quality issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with metadata management activities and document business and technical metadata.
• Leverage AI-powered data governance tools to automate data classification and tagging.
• Monitor data assets for compliance with governance policies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support AI-assisted data retention, archival, and lifecycle management policies.
• Validate data governance controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document business definitions, data rules, and governance requirements with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into governance documentation.
• Communicate governance updates and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
