NielsenIQ is seeking a privacy, compliance, and AI governance professional to support the Americas. You will help ensure personal data handling aligns with regulations and company policies, monitor compliance, and advance responsible AI practices.

The role partners with Global Privacy and AI Legal teams and offers growth across the Americas. You will review DPAs, support DSARs, maintain governance records, and deliver privacy training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• IAPP certification preferred.
• 3+ years of privacy, compliance, governance, regulatory, or related experience.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating DPAs, contracts, and legal documents.
• Solid understanding of data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting privacy assessments (DPIAs), data breach response, and third-party risk management.
• Familiarity with privacy tools such as OneTrust.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese and other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support and monitor data privacy and protection compliance across the Americas, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies.
• Conduct privacy assessments, identify risks, and support mitigation for new projects and systems.
• Review, negotiate, and manage DPAs, privacy clauses, and third-party data protection needs.
• Support handling of DSARs, privacy incidents, and breach response processes.
• Maintain privacy documentation, records, reporting, and governance using OneTrust.
• Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness initiatives.
• Support AI governance framework implementation and monitor evolving AI regulations.
• Collaborate with legal, business, and global privacy stakeholders across regions.
• Provide language support and contribute to regional/global privacy programs.
