NielsenIQ is seeking a privacy and compliance professional to support the Americas data protection, privacy compliance, and AI governance program. You will collaborate with Global Privacy, Product & AI Legal teams to monitor compliance and promote responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities include privacy assessments, DPAs negotiation, DSAR handling, and maintaining governance records using OneTrust. You will deliver privacy training and partner with cross‑functional teams across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• IAPP certification (CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent) preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in privacy, compliance, governance, regulatory, or related areas.
• Strong experience reviewing and negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Familiarity with privacy management tools such as OneTrust.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese and other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support and monitor data privacy and protection compliance across the Americas, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.
• Conduct privacy assessments, identify risks, and support mitigation measures for new projects, systems, and products.
• Review, negotiate, and manage DPAs, privacy clauses, and third-party data protection requirements.
• Support handling DSARs, privacy incidents, and data breach response processes.
• Maintain privacy documentation, compliance records, reporting, and governance activities using OneTrust.
• Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness initiatives to promote data protection.
• Support the implementation of AI governance frameworks and monitor evolving AI regulations.
• Collaborate with legal, business, and global privacy stakeholders across regions.
• Provide language support and contribute to regional and global privacy programs.
