Job summary

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and experience with project management tools. A related bachelor's degree and 3+ years of coordination work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting projects or administrative functions.
• Experience managing project schedules, action trackers, documentation, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using project management tools like Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules, action trackers, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and executive summaries for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, training, and readiness reviews.
• Manage project documentation and version control.
• Support travel arrangements, site readiness, and stakeholder visits.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among teams and leaders.
• Provide administrative support for project execution and governance.
• Support HR-related project initiatives and coordination.
