Carrier Global Corporation seeks an experienced Administrative/SCM coordinator to manage daily scheduling on SAP/ATOM for Water/Air Cool sequences and to support procurement and process improvement. The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP experience, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

You will collaborate across Supply Chain to prevent disruptions, implement root-cause solutions, and ensure timely information flow to production and leadership.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience working with SAP and macros in Excel.
• Intermediate Excel, including macros.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical, logical and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of work planning, task prioritization, coaching, and process execution.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily schedule on SAP/ATOM for Water Cool/Air Cool sequences.
• Communicate shortages to production and coordinate supply chain activities.
• Coordinate Purchasing-IML to complete the schedule without disruption to operations.
• Support root cause analysis and implementation of identified processes.
• Guide Supply Chain teams for order and procurement execution.
• Monitor adherence to standards and protocols and liaise with SMEs for vendor data.
• Gather information on vendors, sources, market, prices and seek senior management approval.
• Support day-to-day planning and budgeting activities.
