OmniOn Power Inc. in Matamoros, Mexico, seeks a Planner Buyer to ensure smooth material flow and optimize inventory for production. You will manage POs for raw materials and sub-assemblies, negotiate delivery schedules, and work with engineering on product changes to prevent stockouts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in purchasing or supply chain, ERP experience, strong English, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, engineering, or related field.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in digital tools and technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong initiative.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills when working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Issue, manage, and track Purchase Orders for raw materials, electronics, and sub-assemblies.
• Negotiate delivery schedules, monitor supplier performance, and resolve issues.
• Execute contingency plans and coordinate with alternative suppliers when needed.
• Partner with Engineering on phase-in/phase-out of components and ECOs.
• Coordinate with Quality and Receiving to ensure materials meet specifications and are properly stored.
