OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations at its Matamoros, Tamaulipas manufacturing plant.

You will coordinate Demand & Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics to meet production schedules and customer requirements. The role drives improvements in On-Time Delivery, inventory turns, and supply chain costs while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor).
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing warehouse, inventory, and transportation operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain performance for the manufacturing plant, ensuring materials availability, cost control, and timely delivery.
• Lead Demand & Production Planning, Material Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Transportation/Logistics.
• Translate customer demand, backlog, and forecast into an executable production plan; ensure alignment of material availability, supplier performance, and logistics.
