OmniOn Power Inc. in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, is seeking a Planner Buyer to ensure smooth flow of materials and optimize inventory for production schedules.

The role bridges procurement and planning, handling POs for raw materials and sub-assemblies, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet quality and delivery targets.

Strong English communication, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills are required, with 3–5 years in purchasing or supply chain.

Formación

• 3–5 years of Purchasing, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, engineering, or related field.
• Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with initiative.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional and global teams.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently.
• Advanced PC skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Issue, manage, and track Purchase Orders for raw materials, electronics, and sub-assemblies.
• Negotiate delivery schedules, monitor supplier performance (OTIF), and resolve issues.
• Execute contingency plans and coordinate with alternative suppliers when primary chains are disrupted.
• Partner with Engineering on phase-in/phase-out of components for new products or ECOs.
• Coordinate with Quality and Receiving to ensure incoming materials meet specs and are stored efficiently.
