Eaton’s EPG CHD EP LATAM division is seeking a Network Scheduler to optimize short-term supply plans (0-3 months) for FG and semi-finished goods across markets, balancing supply and demand while controlling costs and service levels.

The role acts as the primary point of contact for product availability, coordinating with demand and supply stakeholders, creating the MPS, and driving improvements through scenario planning and KPI analysis. Advanced English and SAP familiarity preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in a Supply Chain leadership-related role (Materials Management, Inventory management, production planning, SIOP).
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes: procurement, SIOP, Materials Management, forecasting, end-to-end planning, MPS, capacity analysis, inventory mgmt.
• Working understanding of MRP.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• CPIM certification is a plus.
• Manufacturing background and advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop timely and accurate plans for finished products at the assigned level of the supply network.
• Manage exceptions in the 0-3 month horizon and collaborate with Eaton teams and vendors.
• Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate CoE resources to deliver the MPS plan.
• Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence through weekly cadence.
• Report and analyze KPIs to drive improvements in cash, cost and service.
• Ensure feasible plans to minimize demand at risk and maximize service within inventory and cost targets.
• Collaborate across functions to improve end-to-end Supply Chain and serve customers efficiently.
• Escalate and address capacity shortages and assess impact of material exceptions on the short-term FG plan.
