Eaton's ES AMER PCS division in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead materials operations, internal logistics, and inventory control, ensuring alignment with the Master Production Schedule and SIOP processes.

The role directs Production Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and MRO teams across multiple manufacturing models (ETO, CTO, MTO, MTS), driving Lean improvements and safeguarding on-time customer deliveries.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 7+ years in materials, logistics, planning, operations, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading materials, warehouse, or logistics teams.
• Solid knowledge of SIOP, MPS, MRP and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the site's materials operations strategy to meet service, inventory, productivity, and profitability objectives.
• Lead Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Direct/Indirect Purchasing/MRO teams.
• Lead material planning across multiple models: ETO, CTO, MTO, MTS.
• Lead the CTB process to identify shortages, supply risks and capacity constraints impacting production schedules.
• Ensure alignment with SIOP, Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Act as escalation point for material availability and capacity issues.
• Develop and execute short-term production schedules aligned with supply network requirements.
• Monitor schedule adherence and drive corrective actions for capacity, material, or demand deviations.
• Lead S&OE processes to ensure execution of SIOP plans.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Operations, and Supply Network to balance capacity with customer requirements.
• Define inventory optimization strategies and working capital objectives.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counting and data integrity.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve material flow and reduce waste.
• Maintain master data integrity for inventory, routing, and WMS parameters.
• Direct warehouse operations, receiving, storage, picking, internal distribution, and shipping.
• Ensure on-time customer deliveries through effective shipping schedules.
• Optimize logistics costs and minimize premium freight usage.
• Coordinate with internal customers, logistics providers, and corporate teams for operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement using MMA, OpA, VSM, Visual Management, Standard Work, and Lean methodologies.
• Lead projects to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, logistics performance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop team capabilities via coaching and succession planning.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
