TE Connectivity seeks a Material Planning Analyst II to drive production schedules that meet customer demand while optimizing inventory and delivery performance. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability and production continuity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in material or production planning within a manufacturing environment.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain or Logistics.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and production scheduling.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and business priorities.
Create, release, and manage production orders.
Monitor production plan adherence and implement schedule adjustments as needed.
Analyze demand trends and capacity requirements.
Monitor material availability to support production requirements.
Maintain optimal inventory levels while balancing constraints.
Coordinate with Customer Service and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Monitor open purchase orders and supplier performance.
Execute planning transactions and exception messages in SAP.
Generate and analyze reports related to production, inventory, and delivery performance.
Support forecasting activities.
Participate in Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives.
Lead or contribute to supply chain improvement projects.
