TE Connectivity seeks a Material Planning Analyst II to drive production schedules that meet customer demand while optimizing inventory and delivery performance. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability and production continuity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in material or production planning within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and production scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and business priorities.
• Create, release, and manage production orders.
• Monitor production plan adherence and implement schedule adjustments as needed.
• Analyze demand trends and capacity requirements.
• Monitor material availability to support production requirements.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while balancing constraints.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor open purchase orders and supplier performance.
• Execute planning transactions and exception messages in SAP.
• Generate and analyze reports related to production, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Support forecasting activities.
• Participate in Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to supply chain improvement projects.

Job Overview

The Material Planning Analyst II is responsible for planning and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory, delivery performance, and operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability and production continuity.

What Your Background Should Look Like

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and production scheduling.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency.
• SAP experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Communicate with suppliers to support material availability and delivery commitments.

• Coordinate import activities and material shipments.

Systems & Reporting

• Execute planning transactions and exception messages in SAP.
• Generate and analyze reports related to production, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Support operational and financial forecasting activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives.
• Support quality audits and capacity analysis activities.
• Lead or contribute to supply chain improvement projects.
