Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in Production planning and purchasing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-organized, structured/methodical, take initiative.
• Strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Excellent SAP knowledge module PP, MM & WM.
• Basic knowledge - Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the execution of shipments, manages orders and shortages, supports logistics, and meets or exceeds desired service levels and inventory targets.
• Plan material through SAP, coordinate with Plant Supply Chain and production teams across NA region.
• Plan NPI project production aligned with customer demand and validation requirements.
• Launch purchase orders and maintain alignment with suppliers on material procurement.
• Onboard new suppliers by managing orders and scheduling agreements.
• Maintain material master data in SAP (MRP views).
• Analyze potential supply chain blockages focusing on short- to medium-term capacities.
• Develop external value stream maps for new projects.
• Review BOM and routing errors and coordinate resolutions with relevant functions.
