Baltimore Aircoil Company de Mexico S DE is seeking a skilled Master Production Scheduler to align demand, capacity, and materials for on-time deliveries at the Ciénega de Flores facility. This onsite role requires strong planning and cross-functional collaboration to support growth.

Responsibilities include translating forecasts into production plans, balancing resources, and leading MPS and S&OP processes while ensuring ERP/MRP accuracy and actionable risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in MPS, production planning.
• Experience scheduling production for assembly operations.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning and inventory management.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of S&OP and MPS processes.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Translate forecasts and orders into executable production plans.
• Balance capacity, labor, and equipment to meet goals.
• Monitor plan execution and coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure ERP/MRP systems are configured and utilized.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Material Planning for component availability.
• Lead planning meetings (MPS, S&OP, etc.).
• Provide visibility of risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement for schedule stability and inventory optimization.
