Job summary

Arista Networks, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Planner in Mexico to own order prioritization, manage delivery schedules, and ensure fulfillment targets are met. This role collaborates with customers, sales, and partners to optimize supply chain performance.

The position requires 5+ years of planning experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and excellent English communication. Proactive problem-solving and KPI development are essential to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a related industry.
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant area.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• High English proficiency (oral and written) is required; role based in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with scheduled ship dates.
• Respond to, assess, and coordinate customer expedite requests.
• Direct fulfilment centres on order priorities based on demand, supply status, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, and planning reports as needed.
• Help Arista to meet our quarter end goals.
• Partner with Sales teams to provide visibility on order status, supply availability, and potential risks.
• Help identify risks to customer commitments and proactively elevate issues with action-oriented recommendations.
• Continually refine the planning and scheduling processes between Arista and our key manufacturing partners.
