Formación

• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
• Become a subject matter expert to build new processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customers with scheduled ship dates.
• Respond to expedite requests and coordinate accordingly.
• Direct fulfilment centers on order priorities based on demand.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, and planning reports.
• Partner with Sales teams for visibility on order status.

Conocimientos

Planning/scheduling experience

High English proficiency

Flexible and results-driven

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Educación

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or relevant area
