Formación

• 5+ years of demonstrated management experience in accounting or financial leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing cost accounting and plant financial operations.
• Strong command of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the full standard costing system.
• Analyze cost drivers and manufacturing variances.
• Lead plant-level budgeting and forecasting processes.
