Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to manage indirect technology sourcing, including telecoms, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure. You will lead RFx events, negotiate terms, and drive cost savings while aligning with business needs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and proficient Excel capabilities to analyze spend and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement/sourcing within IT or indirect purchasing.
• Experience purchasing hardware, software, telecoms, IT infra, and networking solutions.
• Prior experience with technology manufacturers, distributors, resellers, or IT service providers preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data modeling, macros/VBA.

Responsabilidades

• Manage procurement activities for IT and indirect spend categories.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, service, and supplier performance.
• Lead supplier selection, RFQs/RFPs, and competitive bidding events.
• Negotiate pricing and terms for enterprise contracts and renewals.
• Perform TCO analyses and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Build relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level presentations on sourcing performance and savings.
