Dematic is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement organization. You will lead sourcing across IT categories and partner with stakeholders to deliver cost savings and strategic value.

The role covers software licensing, cloud services, hardware, and professional IT services in a multinational environment, emphasizing governance, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute IT sourcing strategies across software, SaaS, cloud, network, and services.
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and competitive sourcing events.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, licensing models, and supplier contracts.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders on procurement alignment.
• Conduct market intelligence, spend analysis, and savings opportunities.
• Support contract lifecycle management (MSA, SOW, NDA, renewals).
• Contribute to regional and global procurement initiatives.

Dematic is looking for an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement organization.

In this role, you will lead sourcing initiatives across IT categories including enterprise software, SaaS solutions, cloud services, network infrastructure, telecommunications, hardware, and professional IT services. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and global suppliers to deliver strategic value, cost optimization, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT and Technology categories.
• Lead competitive sourcing events including RFI, RFP and RFQ processes.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, software licensing models, service agreements and supplier contracts.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and Business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking and spend analysis to identify savings opportunities.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including MSA, SOW, NDA, renewals and service agreements.
• Participate in regional and global procurement initiatives.
• Contribute to supplier innovation, risk management and continuous improvement projects.

What We\'re Looking For

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
• Experience managing one or more of the following categories:
• Software Licensing
• SaaS
• IT Infrastructure
• Telecommunications
• Professional Services
• Experience leading supplier negotiations and sourcing projects.
• Experience with vendor management and contract administration.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multinational or global organizations.
• Knowledge of software licensing models and cloud environments.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua or similar.
• Understanding of SLA, MSA, SOW and supplier governance processes.
• Strong analytical and spend management capabilities.
