Dematic in Mexico is seeking an IT Procurement professional responsible for managing sub-categories and suppliers, conducting sourcing activities, running Rfxs, and overseeing indirect IT categories.

You will negotiate with suppliers on delivery, quality and cost, develop the supplier base to meet KPIs, and participate in regional and global indirect procurement initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree and several years in IT procurement are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Supply Chain or Business preferred.
• At least 5 years of IT procurement experience.
• Experience with indirect category management in IT and software.
• Contract management knowledge and risk mitigation.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to suppliers or Dematic locations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sub-categories and suppliers for IT procurement.
• Conduct sourcing activities and Rfx processes.
• Negotiate terms focusing on delivery, quality, and cost.
• Develop supplier base to meet KPI targets.
• Oversee contract management for NDAs and long-term contracts.
• Collaborate on regional and global indirect procurement initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs.
