FinOps Weekly is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to lead procurement of IT products, software, and cloud services from Mexico-based operations. You will negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and oversee AP workflows while aligning with FinOps goals.

Formación

• Experience in IT procurement lifecycle, vendor selection, and cost optimization.
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX/CAPEX management.
• Knowledge of FinOps, cloud cost management, and cloud pricing models.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full procurement lifecycle for IT products, software subscriptions, cloud services, and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and terms to maximize value and reduce costs.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance and compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable related to IT procurement and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Analyze budgets, forecast costs, and monitor spend against plans.
• Support FinOps initiatives by optimizing cloud spend and resource usage.
