Fls Global is seeking an IT Hardware Asset Lead in Monterrey to oversee the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets across global operations. You will drive strategy, asset lifecycle management, procurement collaboration, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance and accurate inventory records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business and 5+ years in IT Asset Management, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity. English fluency is required; Danish is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT Asset Management, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware components, configurations, and lifecycle management best practices.
• Experience with ITAM tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti, Flexera).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills across levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• ITIL IAITAM certifications are a plus; English required, Danish an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust IT hardware asset management strategy and policies.
• Manage full hardware asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, inventory, maintenance, refresh, disposal.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory records in ITAM system with location, owner, status, warranty, financials.
• Lead standardization of hardware configurations and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with procurement to negotiate favorable vendor terms and manage relationships.
• Coordinate with IT operations, service desk, and security for asset deployment and incident resolution.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through consolidation and disposal strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on utilization, spend, and compliance to senior management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ITAM tools and practices.
