Fls Global seeks an experienced IT Software Asset Lead to manage and optimize software assets globally, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of licensing models across major vendors.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with IT procurement, legal, and finance to drive cost savings and governance across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in SAM/ITAM in a global enterprise.
• Experience with Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow ITAM.
• Know licensing models and major vendors.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain SAM policies, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct license reconciliations and audits to ensure compliance.
• Manage lifecycle of software assets from procurement to decommissioning.
• Negotiate licensing terms with vendors for favorable terms.
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities through harvesting and consolidation.
• Collaborate with IT procurement, legal, and finance for compliance.
• Provide guidance on licensing models and terms to stakeholders.
• Maintain SAM inventory records and documentation in SAM tools.
• Prepare and present reports on license compliance and cost savings.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.
