Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years in Indirect Procurement or related roles.
• Experience in Retail, Luxury, FMCG advantageous.
• Proven procurement transformation and cost optimization.
• Experience leading projects and teams.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Indirect Procurement policies and COUPA adoption.
• Lead cross-functional S2P initiatives and KPI reporting.
• Manage sourcing projects across all IP categories.
• Ensure supplier risk assessments and audits.
• Coach stakeholders and drive change in procurement.
