Johnson & Johnson in Mexico City is seeking an HR Director to lead enterprise talent strategy with senior leadership partnership. The role shapes leadership capability, culture, and workforce effectiveness across a complex matrix.

You will drive future-ready HR practices, including skills-based planning, internal mobility, and responsible AI-enabled ways of working, partnering across OneHR to deliver integrated solutions that boost business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is preferred.
• Progressive HR or business leadership experience at senior levels.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, translate business strategy into people outcomes, and operate effectively in a global, matrixed, regulated environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in organization design, workforce planning, succession, leadership effectiveness, culture, capability building, and change leadership within assigned scope.
• Strong analytical, business, and storytelling capability, with comfort using data, external insights, digital tools, and AI-enabled ways of working to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Set and execute the talent agenda aligning priorities with geography and function.
• Lead organization and operating model choices within assigned scope that enable growth, innovation, transformation, and disciplined execution across a complex matrix.
• Develop integrated talent strategies across succession, critical roles, leadership readiness, retention, capability building, and pipeline health.
• Provide executive coaching and insights to leaders to strengthen decision quality, accountability, enterprise thinking, and team effectiveness.
• Partner across OneHR to deliver integrated, high-impact HR solutions that improve business outcomes.
