Soho House Los Cabos is seeking a People & Development Manager to partner with local leadership and oversee human resources across the property, including Soho House Beach Los Cabos and Cecconi's Los Cabos. The role drives policy adherence, employee relations, training, recruitment, and compensation programs.

The successful candidate will lead HR initiatives, ensure legal compliance in Mexico, and foster a positive, proactive workplace culture while supporting organizational growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive human resources management experience in hotel or related industry.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking and employee investigations.
• Knowledge of Mexican employment law and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic partner to local leadership, managing training and development.
• Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and compliant practices.
• Coordinate recruitment, background checks, and selection processes.
• Oversee wage and salary programs, performance reviews, and raises.
• Manage employee relations, engagement programs, and morale initiatives.
• Monitor turnover, provide data-driven insights, and report findings.
• Lead induction programs and develop managers for advancement.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and adherence to SOPs.
