Soho House in Los Cabos is seeking a Membership Manager to lead recruitment and sustain a carefully selected member base. You will be the face of the club, handling feedback and ensuring adherence to club rules while supporting the management team in LATAM.

You will foster relationships with members and the committee, coordinate events, and ensure guest experiences align with Soho House standards. Some travel to Los Angeles and social events may be required.

Formación

• 3+ years leading a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
• 2+ years management experience.
• Knowledge of Los Cabos and a broad personal network in art, film, television, music, media and culinary sectors.
• Willingness to travel and attend social functions in the Los Angeles area.

Responsabilidades

• Upholds Soho House brand standards.
• Manage member relationships and the membership committee.
• Assist in generating applications for waitlists through networks.
