Stanley Black & Decker Inc. in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Global Procurement, Enterprise PMO on a hybrid basis.

Lead global procurement projects from initiation through execution; align with enterprise priorities; govern with RAID logs, charters, and milestones; collaborate across Finance, Operations, Legal, Quality, and business units; travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional projects and Enterprise PMO governance.
• Strong planning, communication, and change management skills.
• PMP certification preferred; alternative certifications or equivalent experience considered; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global procurement projects from initiation through execution and closure.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategies aligned with priorities.
• Build alignment across procurement, finance, operations, legal, quality, and regions.
• Facilitate governance routines, reviews, and executive discussions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to cost, timing, and supply.
• Ensure governance, controls, and PMO methodologies are followed.
• Develop and maintain project charters, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials.
• Drive standardization of procurement PMO practices across regions.
• Provide portfolio and project visibility to leadership.
• Support change management and communications across multiple initiatives.
