• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years within Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading global, cross‑functional projects across multiple regions and business units, including Enterprise PMO, portfolio governance, and stage‑gate methodologies.
• PMP certification is preferred; an equivalent project management certification or comparable experience will also be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex global procurement projects from initiation through execution and closure, translating business priorities into structured project plans with milestones, deliverables, owners, and timelines.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global procurement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise, category, and business priorities.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance, Operations, Legal, Quality, and business units across multiple regions.
• Facilitate governance routines, project reviews, decision‑making forums, and executive steering committee discussions to support prioritization and timely decisions.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks related to cost, timing, supply continuity, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts.
• Ensure project execution follows governance, controls, compliance requirements, and Enterprise PMO methodologies.
• Develop and maintain standardized project management documentation, including project charters, project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of procurement project management methodologies, tools, reporting, documentation, and lessons learned across regions.
• Provide clear portfolio and project‑level visibility to leadership, communicating risks, priorities, trade‑offs, progress, and required decisions.
• Support change management and communication activities while managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast‑paced, global, matrixed environment.
