Flowserve is seeking an experienced Materials Manager to oversee materials planning and inventory control, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal plant performance. You will lead the planning team and use ERP (SAP preferred) for MRP, MPS, SIOP, and inventory optimization.

This role focuses on improving throughput, reducing backlog, and aligning planning activities with corporate and site initiatives, while delivering reliable production schedules.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years in manufacturing with material planning responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team coaching ability.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred, and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and coach planning team members.
• Oversee SIOP, Demand Management, MPS, MRP, Production Control, and Inventory management.
• Create materials strategy to meet OTD targets with optimized inventory.
• Manage past due backlog and execute recovery plans.
• Ensure schedules maximize manufacturing asset utilization and adherence.
