Advanced Energy in Mexicali is seeking an SR Planning Manager to lead the Planning Department, oversee Planners and BOM Specialists, and drive training and metrics for on-time delivery.

You will develop production control functions, ensure S&OE and S&OP maturity, manage staff, coordinate with materials via ERP, and report on OTD, lead times, and plan adherence. Requires 7+ years in manufacturing planning and strong SAP PPDS skills.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing/production planning.
• Experience in high mix/low volume, pull-based manufacturing.
• Experience in production planning and handling teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement production control functions including planning, scheduling, materials planning, and performance reporting.
• Sustain S&OE and S&OP processes.
• Manage and develop planning staff to ensure efficiency.
