Flex is seeking a Program Manager in Guadalajara, Mexico to oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program. You will manage schedules, budgets and cross-functional teams to meet quality, safety and cost targets.

The role focuses on forecast accuracy, cost control and timely delivery across sites. The ideal candidate has NPI experience on SMT/PTH processes, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of P&L, cost KPIs and key business metrics.
• Background in Program Management coordinating internal reviews and commitments.
• Hands-on NPI experience including SMT, PTH, process flow, and quotations.
• Strong communication to align with stakeholders and manufacturing sites.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track metrics and drive actions based on results.
• Assist with contract negotiations as needed.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities across product development and manufacturing.
• Review program plans to ensure funding, staffing and timelines.
• Staff and allocate resources for each phase of the program.
