Flex is seeking a Program Manager in Guadalajara north to oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program. You will work with Engineering, Quality, Production and Supply Chain to meet cost, quality, safety and delivery targets.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, strong financial acumen, and experience with PCBA, SMT, and Box Build processes. Fluent English and customer-facing capabilities are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).
• Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes and SMT/Box Build operations.
• Experience with APQP, NPI, ECO and PCN processes.
• Fluent English, strong customer-facing and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary point of contact between customer and site for operational and program activities.
• Lead customer meetings, business reviews, escalations and status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement) for program execution.
• Manage customer demand changes and align production capacity with forecasted requirements.
• Monitor program performance: cost, quality, delivery, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement and timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
