Flex is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead complex programs from Proto to Mass Production at the Guadalajara North Campus. You will shape strategy, coordinate multi‑discipline teams, and drive delivery for external customers to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience in NPI, mass production, and global transfers, with strong Lean Six Sigma and financial acumen, plus exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree related.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the JDM, EMS business model.
• Comprehensive understanding of Complex SMT & System Manufacturing Operations for CEC products.
• Hands‑on experience in Engineering (Process, Product and Test Engineering) for complex products.
• Solid experience in NPI, Mass Production, New Business start‑ups and Global Transfers.
• Experience with a supply chain solutions company to define, design, launch products.
• Strong program management across sales, marketing, engineering, delivery, and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Flex Product Life Cycle from Proto to Mass Production (DFX, NPIs, Ramps).
• Regional/global exposure – North America, Asia, Europe.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
• Problem solving and financial KPI interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Guide clients by developing strategic plans, goals, timelines and success measures for Flex products and services.
• Oversee scheduling, coordination and implementation of contracted Flex products and services for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with client and Flex operations to define data requirements, production schedule and deliverables.
• Ensure clear communication of strategy between cross‑functional teams for smooth transitions across development phases.
• Work with management to coordinate team members and monitor key metrics per account.
• Support major contract negotiations and drive business development to grow and replace opportunities.
• Provide HR alignment to recruit and retain a qualified workforce.
