Diebold Nixdorf in Mexico is seeking a Senior Scheduling and Fulfillment Analyst to procure and manage finished goods, materials and services to meet planned and actual demand, and to facilitate order fulfillment across transportation, distribution and related processes.

You will define and execute sourcing strategies to achieve fulfillment obligations in a cost-effective manner while coordinating with sales, operations and customers to align orders with production.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of relevant scheduling and fulfillment experience.
• Strong business English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Provides Scheduling & Fulfillment support for assigned sites / locations / products.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for Supply Chain processes from order submission to delivery of goods for customers, both internal and external.
• Works with sales, operations, installation and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between groups.
• Validates and schedules orders in alignment with production and procurement.
• Manages delivery schedules and alignment with external customers and sales based on route shipments.
• Receives products from source or make processes.
• Contributes to the development, maintenance and enhancement of processes, systems and information flows in support of various Supply Chain processes and procedures.
