Job summary

Molex, a Koch company and leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, seeks a Finance Business Partner in Mexico. You will act as a strategic advisor to the Business Unit, partnering with Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Project teams to drive profitability and long-term value through data-driven insights.

You will analyze costs and performance, support planning and forecasting, and influence decisions with clear business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting finance, costing, or business analysis activities within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costs, financial statements, and business performance analysis.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and business stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
• English communication skills suitable for a global business environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive financial and operational performance across the organization.
• Provide meaningful insights and recommendations that support strategic and day-to-day decision making.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, profitability, and business performance to identify risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve resource utilization and business results.
• Monitor key performance indicators and communicate trends, drivers, and performance outcomes.
• Challenge assumptions constructively and influence decisions through facts, analysis, and business acumen.
• Support planning, forecasting, and performance review activities within the Business Unit.
