Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Finance Business Partner to act as a strategic adviser to the Business Unit. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Projects to drive profitability and long-term value through data-driven insights.

You will help leaders translate complex information into actionable plans, analyze costs, support planning and forecasting, and influence decisions with solid analytics and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting finance, costing, or business analysis in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costs, financial statements and performance analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations and business stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive financial and operational performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for strategic and day-to-day decisions.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, profitability, and performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement with measurable value.
• Translate data into clear insights and action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve resource utilization and results.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate trends, drivers, and performance outcomes.
• Challenge assumptions with facts, analysis, and business acumen.
• Support planning, forecasting, and performance reviews within the Business Unit.
