Molex, a Koch company, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner in Mexico to partner with business leaders and translate priorities into talent strategies. The role emphasizes compliance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across labor relations and development initiatives.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead workforce planning, performance management, and organizational change while collaborating with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and support business growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, business, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar HR leadership role within a multinational organization.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into HR solutions.
• Provide HR consultation to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and lead HR projects and initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding.
• Facilitate employee development, talent reviews, and capability-building.
• Guide leaders on performance management and development.
