Marsh is seeking a Senior Business Management Coordinator in Mexico City to support financial governance and operational management across Network Accounting and Procurement. The role requires strong accounting and financial expertise, independent work style, and ability to deliver insights in a global environment.

You will partner with budget owners, prepare executive-level reports, and align finance with strategic priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Strong accounting background with solid understanding of debits, credits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Budget, Forecast, and Variance Analysis.
• Experience supporting business and operational leaders through financial insights.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a highly collaborative global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive budget governance by validating assumptions, reviewing inputs, ensuring alignment with priorities, and escalating risks and opportunities.
• Analyze budget versus actual results and forecast movements with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
• Assist with planning and execution of operational initiatives while escalating issues.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and serve as a key contact for inquiries.
