Marsh is seeking a Manager - Transactional Services to lead a team supporting multiple geographies from our Mexico City base. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least two days per week and offers exposure to reinsurance broking and change management initiatives.

You will oversee operational delivery, drive performance metrics, and coach team members to achieve high-quality client service while ensuring compliance and risk controls are maintained.

Formación

• Graduate (Business and Economics degree preferable).
• 4+ years of experience in the operations area; reinsurance preferable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Advanced English skills; CVs in English will be considered.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks during peak volumes.
• Collaborative mindset across levels and teams.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team delivering operational services with accuracy and high-quality client service.
• Provide dashboards and metrics to show trends, figures and business insight.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines.
• Manage capacity planning and forecasting.
• Oversee migrations and system/process changes to minimize disruption.
