Confidential in Mexico City seeks a senior technical leader to own delivery for a portfolio of applications. This hands-on role requires architectural leadership, direct coding, and mentoring senior engineers across regions.

Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering experience with progressive technical leadership.
Strong hands-on skills in architecture, coding, debugging, and deployment.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure required; GCP acceptable).
Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design.
Excellent communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead an initial team across multiple applications with scope to grow.
Design end-to-end solution architectures for large-scale platforms.
Guide architecture decisions, review critical designs, and pair with engineers on complex problems.
Own technical decisions on architecture, tooling, and patterns.
Drive engineering quality, testing practices, and deployment reliability.
