Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• 3+ years of project management experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate activities between engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and operations teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage project documentation, including specifications, timelines, reports, and change controls.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Support product launches, process improvements, facility expansions, or capital projects.
• Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Analyze project performance and implement lessons learned for future improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
