Pos Service Holland seeks a Demand Planning and Supply Planning professional to develop and maintain forecasts and translate them into feasible supply plans across multiple regions. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure product availability and service levels.

You will coordinate inventory transfers between plants and distribution centers, analyze data, and continuously improve planning processes to support business goals.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience combining Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Experience collaborating with commercial and operations teams and presenting analyses to leadership.
• English proficiency is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast generation and maintenance across SKU, customer, channel, and product family.
• Coordinate cross-functional demand review meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Develop supply plans based on demand, inventory, lead times, and constraints.
• Plan and monitor inventory transfers between plants, DCs, and regions.
