Acxiom in Mexico City seeks a Decision Support Analyst to understand client data, manage campaigns, and drive data-driven decisions. You will analyze decision support processes, ensure data accuracy and SLA compliance, and provide actionable recommendations to support multiple technical operations.

The role requires strong relational database knowledge and proficiency with SQL/PL-SQL, Perl, shell scripting, and BI/ETL tools. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is essential.

Formación

• Advanced, proven knowledge of solution management.
• Proficient English speaking and writing preferred.
• Typically requires 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 with a Master's; or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of relational database design.
• Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, Perl, Shell scripting, Campaign Management Tools, BI Tools, ETL Tools, UNIX/LINUX.
• Knowledge of IT practices and industry knowledge.
• Ability to own/drive and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and monitoring/auditing.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client data and Acxiom capabilities to ensure accurate data delivery.
• Analyze decision support processes to measure campaign efficiency and data integrity.
• Provide data, analysis, and recommendations to support technical operations.
• Troubleshoot, train users, and implement code changes.
• Maintain client relationships and improve service levels.
• Audit post-production changes to ensure SLA compliance.
• Execute complex campaigns and validate client deliverables.
• Document changes and drive best practices across teams.
