Job summary

DiDi Global seeks a proactive Strategy BP intern to translate national priorities into actionable local strategies in Mexico City. You will work with city managers and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, analyze data, and present clear recommendations that drive regional expansion and performance.

You will use SQL, Python, and Excel to uncover trends, monitor core metrics, and build dashboards that improve data access for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in SQL or Python/R for data analysis and visualization.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Serving as a key source of data-driven insights to identify city-level growth opportunities.
Analyzing datasets using SQL, Python, or Excel to uncover trends and guide decisions.
Monitoring and reporting core metrics to align with national goals.
Supporting prioritization of initiatives by translating data into actionable recommendations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Ops, Product) to drive local impact.
Leading or supporting high-impact projects from analysis to execution with measurable results.
Building dashboards and tools to improve data accessibility and decision-making.
Developing and presenting materials that make data understandable for stakeholders.
